Mrs. Hill brings a student-first approach to everything she does at Dutchtown Elementary. Her leadership is defined by structure, empathy, and high expectations—ensuring that every Bulldog Pup is supported, challenged, and celebrated.

She is passionate about instructional excellence, collaborative teacher growth, and creating systems that help every learner succeed. Mrs. Hill believes that strong relationships, data-driven decision-making, and consistent follow-through are key to fostering both academic and social-emotional growth.

At DES, Mrs. Hill partners closely with teachers, families, and the leadership team to strengthen instructional practices, monitor student progress, and maintain a positive, inclusive school culture. Her energy and commitment help make Dutchtown a place where students love to learn and teachers love to teach.

Outside of school, Mrs. Hill enjoys hiking, spending quality time with her family, and traveling.
